My name is Tina D. Little and I am the Owner of The House of Kinfolks. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Davenport University. I have over 30 yrs. experience as an Administrative Assistant and I am now using my experience to organize and personalize each individual for the proper living arrangement.

Our Story
We started The House of Kinfolks with a passion to help our seniors find a home for their comfort and affordability. A home where they can meet friends and have a supportive staff. All facilities will be from our network of vetted housing. We are also looking to provide homes that one didn't realize was in their reach. That would be so cool.
Our Service
At The House of Kinfolks, we are here to serve you. We work with Assisted Living / Independent Living / Licensed and Unlicensed Group Homes, Residential Care, etc.
- We will find out what accommodations you would like (i.e. hair salon, gym, walking trail, etc.).
- We will add your budget and payment selection with what you are looking for and find those facilities.
- We will arrange a tour for those facilities - you make the final choice.
- If nothing is to your liking, we will keep looking.
